Currently serving as an Accountant in the corporate sector, Brilliant has over one year of experience delivering value through financial reporting, budgeting, donor accountability, and the development of effective marketing and cost reduction strategies. She is skilled at analyzing financial data, optimizing resources, and aligning financial practices with organizational goals to drive efficiency and growth.

Brilliant is highly skilled in developing and implementing effective strategies, including marketing strategies, administrative frameworks, business start-up plans, cost reduction techniques, profit maximization approaches, and overall business development strategies. Her ability to translate ideas into actionable, results-oriented plans sets her apart as a forward-thinking strategist.

Her professional journey is supported by valuable experience gained during her internship at the Uganda Revenue Authority under the Customs Department , as well as specialized training including VITA (Voluntary Income Tax Assistant) certification by URA, career development training by UNDP, and comprehensive programs in leadership, creativity, communication, citizenship, and community service through EDUCATE Uganda. She is also an active member of the Tax Society at MUBS and is proficient in business computing.
